   “Win/Win” a frame of mind that constantly seeks mutual benefit:
- agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial, mutually satisfying;
- all parties accept and commit to the action plan; 
- sees negotiation as a cooperative, not a competitive arena; 
- based on the model that there is plenty for everybody; 
- one person's success is not achieved at the expense or of others. 
- It’s not your way or my way; it’s a better way, a higher way. 
Simply Stated: Win/win means agreements or
solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying.
