**Package deal includes 2023 Core A, 2024 Core B (pending R.E.C. approval and release), and 15 elective credits of your choice. Please note that this package deal (total 21.0 credits) will fulfill the C.E. renewal requirements for the 2023-2024 biennium.

Just register for the courses you want and we will keep track of your credits for you! Credit updates will be provided upon request.

Continuing Education Course Policy

All Classes offered by Bly School of Real Estate are approved & registered by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission. 

Should you decide to take our classes, please read the school policies, complete the online registration form & return it to us. We recommend registering early to ensure a spot in the class(es) of your choice.

Location of Classes
Bly School of Real Estate is located at  3566 Harding Avenue, #206, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816. 

Accreditation
All CE classes offered by Bly School of Real Estate are accredited by the Hawaii Real Estate Commission

Registration
Only those who have registered & prepaid are guaranteed entrance to class. Walk-ins are welcome, however, be aware that entrance to class will be on a space-available basis.

Course Cost
Tax is included in the cost.

3.0 Credit CE Elective     $45 (with pre-registration)    $50 (at the door)
6.0 Credit CE Elective     $90 (with pre-registration)    $95 (at the door)
Core course (each)          $45 (with pre-registration)    $50 (at the door)

Refunds
The deadline for tuition refunds by request of the student will be 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date. 

"No Shows"
If a student who prepaid the tuition cannot attend a scheduled class, Bly School of Real Estate must be notified 24 hours prior to the start of class Otherwise, the tuition will be forfeited. Transferring the tuition to another class will be allowed if a request is made 24 hours prior to the start of the prepaid scheduled class.

Terms of Attendance
Students must attend the entire scheduled class time in order to receive a certificate of course completion. 

Certificates
If possible, a certificate of completion will be issued at the end of the course, otherwise, it will be emailed or mailed to each licensee.

Class Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel classes for any reason up until 24 Hours prior of the class date. In the case of class cancellation, a full refund will be provided, should the student decide not to reschedule to a later class date.
